By checking this box the submitter of this notification acknowledges that under regulation 106 of the National Environmental Standards for plantation forestry, the council may charge for monitoring of the permitted activities specified by regulations 24, 37, 51 and 63(2) of the standards.

Charges are calculated to recover fair and reasonable costs associated with council travel, fieldwork and administration.

The submitter accepts that either the entity identified in the 'Billing name' section of this form, or the submitter (if no Billing information has been provided), will be charged by the Taranaki Regional Council for the monitoring of the Permitted Activity (this includes but is not limited to pre-inspections, active inspections, and post-inspections). *
